Is shipping really free?

Yes. Every order ships free to the contiguous US, with no minimum order. That includes large items marked Ships by truck, which go out by freight carrier at no charge.

How fast do orders ship?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Ground transit is usually 2–5 business days after that, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Each product page shows a delivery estimate.

Can I search by manufacturer part number or UPC?

Yes. Type the part number, UPC, product name or size into the search bar — for example “1/2 press elbow” or the model number from the old unit. Every listing shows the manufacturer part number and UPC.

What does “Ships by truck” mean?

The item is too large or heavy for parcel delivery, so it ships LTL freight — free, like everything else. The carrier calls to schedule delivery. Inspect the shipment before you sign and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

What is your return policy?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from the contact page with your order number. See the refund policy for details and exclusions.

Is there a warranty?

Every item is covered by its manufacturer’s warranty. Terms vary by product; many require installation by a licensed professional.
